All in-person attendees and guests at NAA events will be required to show verification of COVID-19 vaccination or provide documentation of a medical exemption plus negative COVID-19 test through a third-party verification system prior to departing for the event.
NAA will comply with mask recommendations as established by the local, state, and federal public health recommendations, with greater emphasis on local and state guidelines. This means that masks may be designated as mask optional or required depending upon the risk index in the location of the event. Wearing masks in interior spaces will be highly encouraged.
All attendees and guests must acknowledge and assume that there is a risk of contracting COVID-19 at in-person events and agree to hold the Natural Areas Association harmless.
Attendees must acknowledge that protocols and requirements for the event may change between the time of registration and the convening.
